To countless Hong Kong people, the name ‘Frances Yip’ immediately brings to mind a ringing voice that is the hallmark of several period golden oldies, from commercial jingles, themes from TV dramas to Canto Pop. She has literally empowered many over the years, and the HKCO is delighted to organize a party for her 70th birthday. Our best wishes, Frances! Hong Kong loves you!
