Miu Yiu Zheng Ensemble

The Miu Yiu Zheng Ensemble was founded in 2016 by Ms. Lau Wai Yan, Alison, to inherit Guzheng playing skills and promote the art of Guzheng music. The ensemble has successively held ‘High Mountains and Flowing Water'’ MY Zheng Ensemble Concert (2017), ‘Martial’ MY Zheng Ensemble Concert (2019), and ‘Zheng's Travel Guzheng Concert'’ MYZE × AJTGE Guzheng Concert (2021).

MY Zheng Ensemble has been invited as a guest performer to the ‘Family Fun Day’ (2018, 2019) by Hong Kong St. John Ambulance; the ‘Hong Kong International Mathematical Olympiad Final Awarding Ceremony’ (2018), ‘Neighborhood of Wellness’ Volunteer Award Presentation Ceremony (2018) by Pentecostal Church of Hong Kong Sau Mau Neighbor Family Centre, Marycove School (2018), and ESF International Kindergarten (2020). In 2020, the ensemble premiered The Flowing Pentatonics at the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra’s ‘Empowering Hong Kong through Chinese Music - The HKCO Net Festival’.
