Postponement for ‘The Fourth International Conducting Competition for Chinese Music’  

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to rage around the world, for the health and safety of judges, observers, participants, audiences and colleagues, after deliberations with our co-organizer, Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, the second round, semi-final and final competitions (originally scheduled for 26 June-7 July 2020) has been postponed. All second round entrants are eligible for the competition. In addition, after deliberations with Shanghai Conservatory of Music, the 2nd International Symposium for Chinese Music Conducting (originally scheduled for 5-7 July 2020) has also been postponed.
